In order to achieve the required static properties, GEALAN has adapted its S 8000 system entrance door to use reinforcements of the largest possible dimensions. The special feature is that with an installation depth of 74 mm, steel with 30% better strength can be used. The reinforcements are pre-ground to allow for faster assembly. In the S 8000 IQ system, there is also an already proven threshold holder, which ensures an excellent connection between the door frame and the threshold.

Windows with acrylcolor profiles have a white PVC profile on the inside, while on the outside they have a colored acrylic layer. This makes the profiles resistant to weather influences such as sun, wind, rain, frost and temperature differences. The white PVC base under the acrylcolor layer that lets in infrared rays reflects most of the sun's rays, which significantly reduces the heating of the profile. Temperature differences between very dark and white windows are minimal. Colored window profiles are an important element of facade design. GEALAN-acrylcolor® offers a wide range of colors, including up to 9 standard colors, while as many as 50 special colors are available on request. Interestingly, even the darkest colors are optimized to reduce profile heating. This means that the heat entering the profile due to exposure to sunlight is kept to the lowest possible level. Maximum resistance to weather conditions ensures color fastness and long-term stability, which has been thoroughly tested in internal laboratories and with external partners, and confirmed by the RAL certificate.
